Abstract

In this article, we will discuss the export strategy of a company seeking to export its products and services to global markets. We note that the export strategy is always linked to the company's dynamic capabilities and business model. In this article, we present four basic business models, Business-to-Consumer, Business-to-Business, Business-to-Government and Business-to-Digital business models. As a company seeks to export its products and services overseas, it is worthwhile to implement an information management strategy that serves the export business strategy that links the export market to the business models and dynamic capabilities of the company. This article presents 8 different case examples of how the business model and export market analysis are combined. It should be emphasized that each company needs its own customized export strategy, where its export-related resources are realistic in relation to its export choices and scale. If there are not enough human and material resources, it is better to stay in the home market.
