Abstract
The ongoing reform of the Finnish Nationality Act has wide-ranging implications for persons living in Finland who do not have the Finnish nationality. This blog investigates the impact and relevance of the reform for stateless persons, taking into account the various applicable legal frameworks and the Finnish government’s proposed changes to the law.
