Sammanfattning
The chapter takes a closer look at the tendency to navigate religious diversity by turning to law. It examines how such a turn to law may affect the understanding of and working through of the matters at hand. It offers suggestions for how to critically scrutinise the formatting of religion that takes place through law. While the focus is mainly theoretical, the chapter also explores some tentative proposals with regard to concrete ways of navigating religious diversity.
