Sammanfattning
The geoGraphic novel Lines grew from research carried out on project PUTSPACE. It contributes to the project's effort to humanise public transport (PT) research by developing located and historicised perspectives. The concepts of public, space, and public space, in cities, are all contested and variable. PT makes barriers between its space and other urban spaces. Past PT networks continue to have an impact on cities through their status as cultural heritage and the survival of infrastructures. Comics as a research method reveal complexities and challenges as well as positive sides of this process.
