Sammanfattning
The aim of the study was to determine whether personality and emotion experience factors would moderate the suggestibility-decreasing effect of alcohol. Participants (N=51) were administered tests measuring personality and emotion experience variables. The effects of alcohol on interrogative suggestibility were explored with the Gudjonsson Suggestibility Scale Form 2. Anger and guilt moderated significantly the effects of alcohol. Tendencies towards moderation were also found for social-evaluative anxiety and general anxiety proneness. The results are discussed in relation to the theoretical model of interrogative suggestibility.
