ALISE – kirjastoalan koulutuksen konferenssi Denverissä 6–9.2.2018

The conference of the Association of Library and Information Science Education was in February organised in Denver, Colorado. The conference is the only international conference concentrating solely on the library and information science education. The theme of the conference was 'the expanding library and information science universe'. In this report, the author discusses some of the selected topics of the conference, like the changes in the education, the state of the online education and the false media. The next conference is organised in Knoxville Tennessee in September 2019 and the theme is 'exploring learning in a global information context'.
