Biografi
Charlotta Hilli works as a university teacher in general, adult and higher education at the faculty of education and welfare studies at Åbo Akademi University in Vaasa. Teaching future educational leaders, administrators and teachers in higher education. Her research field is distance education.
Ongoing project:
Researcher in the programme coordinated by Ifous Digitala lärmiljöer – likvärdig utbildning med fjärr- och distansundervisning (2019–2021). 8 municipalities in Sweden and Finland develop distance teaching in primary, secondary, vocational and adult education. The project is inspired by Design-Based Research where the researchers develop protoypes with the participants to support processes for distance education on several levels in the organisation; classroom, school and regional.
