Parkinsons Progression Marker Initiative (PPMI) clinical cohort PBMCs deep mass spectrometry profiling

The dataset includes raw MS spectra from the PPMI cohort PBMCs. Participants included healthy controls, prodromal Parkinson's patients with LRRK2 or GBA mutations and sporadic Prodromal, as well as participants with diagnosed sporadic, LRRK2 or GBA Parkinson's disease .
