Abstrakti

We report on a new, fast method to perform cu-scattering on solid and gaseous targets. Narrow states are observed at high excitation, and quantum characteristics can be extracted. First experiments to observe ii-ray emission from these states in alpha+Si-28 are done. We discuss a new approach to describe these narrow resonances.
