Projektin tiedot
Description
In this project, financed by the Jane and Aatos Erkko foundation, an electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) sensor system is developed for monitoring biofilm growth and its disruption by antibacterials. The flexible printed EIS sensors are used for isolating and screening the efficiency of waste bacteria, that have the ability to produce hitherto unidentified natural antimicrobial agents against S. aureus and P.aeruginosa.
