Brain phosphoproteome links metabolic pathways to mood regulation

Proteomic and phosphoproteomic data from hippocampus and nucleus accumbens of wild type and JNK-inhibitor (DJNKI-1) treated mice. The study evaluated the effect of a drug with antidepressant properties on brain signaling. The results showed that biological pathways regulating mood and metabolism were significantly regulated.
