This lecture addresses how generative AI is affecting and reshaping academic writing in higher education. Grounded in a sociomaterial perspective, the lecture frames writing with genAI as a practice shaped by both human and technological actors. Jusslin highlights and discusses pedagogical potentials, the roles of teachers and supervisors in writing with genAI, and key ethical and critical concerns.
