Abstract
This volume gives an overview of the development of the Westermarck
Society, i.e., the national association of Finnish Sociologists,
founded in 1940. Summaries of all chapters in English can be
found at the end of the book. The appendices contain information
on the association’s membership (Liite 1), board members (2) and
the editorial staff of the journal Sosiologia (3A and 3B).
