    Abstract

In our analysis of the vocabulary and semantics, we studyied, in the work of Russian writers of the early 19th Century, theFrench gastronomic glossary-terminology, the perception and judgment of specific products and dishes, the representation given to readers and stocked in our collective memory. Indeed, the food combines the world of ideas and then the cooking suggests an ideological option. Russian literature puts emphasize on the drinking. This pattern of drinking results from the gentrification of industrial society and the discovery of the writing of the privacy.
