N2 - Fuzzy real options represent a powerful tool for decision-making under uncertainty, combining the strategic valuation of real options with the flexibility of fuzzy logic to handle imprecision and ambiguity. This study presents a bibliometric analysis of the scientific literature on fuzzy real options, based on 203 documents indexed in the Scopus and Web of Science databases between 1987 and 2024. Using RStudio, Bibliometrix platform, the analysis explores publication trends, influential authors, institutions, journals, thematic structures, and international collaborations. Findings reveal a growing interest in the topic, especially after 2005, with key contributions from researchers such as Kahraman, Collan, Tolga, and Luukka. Conceptual mapping identifies three major research directions: project evaluation, fuzzy modeling techniques, and optimization-based approaches. This research highlights the interdisciplinary nature of the field, linking finance, soft computing, and strategic decision-making. This study provides a structured overview of the field and highlights emerging areas and collaboration dynamics. It serves as a foundation for scholars and practitioners seeking to understand the evolution and practical relevance of fuzzy real options in complex decision-making environments.
