Project Details
Description
The aim of the project is to increase the agility, knowledge and capabilities of universities to design and deliver customer-oriented continuous learning services and micro credentials to meet the training needs of business and industry.
We will build a common understanding of what customer-driven continuous learning is; how to implement it proactively and effectively, and how to embed it in the daily work and processes of higher education institutions. The project will develop models and practices that will strengthen and promote the contribution of universities to the national development of lifelong learning.
Project actions
Action 1: Information and communication on the results of the project.
Action 2: Influencing attitudes. Positive, customer-oriented articles in various communication channels and magazines, news and stories about successful experiments and results in internal university news and in the university network.
Action 3: Create a guide or toolkit with practical tools and guidance to promote small units of excellence and continuous learning in education and working life.
