Project Details
Description
The project explores definitions and experiences of integration in three rural areas of Finland that have a Swedish-speaking majority: Raseborg, Pargas and Närpes. Through analysis of interview material among residents (both immigrants and non-immigrants), it focuses particularly on the place of language in integration, as well as linguistic constructions of the concept itself.
