Roadmap of higher education development in the province of Kurdistan, Iran: horizon 2035

This project was funded by the Governor of Kurdistan, Iran. The purpose of the project was to analyze the current higher education policies in the world, the current status of policy and practice in 24 higher education institutions in the region, and the trajectories of social demands for higher education to propose appropriate scenarios for higher education development of the region in the 2035 horizon.
