Partnership Model - Next generation mining and heavy machinery 5G business models and ecosystems

The research project produces knowledge of ecosystems and their business models, scalability, and orchestration. The research focuses on the mining and heavy machinery ecosystems, where wireless 5G connectivity enables a new kind of value creation. The projet results in a) business models (including revenue logic) for the implementation and development by project partners, b) suggestions and models for scalability of ecosystems, and c) perspectives of ecosystem orchestration.
