Project Details

Description

Proof of Concept funding

The project develops a toolkit for assessing the impact of adopted legislation on persons in a vulnerable position. The tools are developed using co-creation methods in collaboration with the Finnish Ministry of Justice and key civil society actors. The project will i.a. result in a manual on particular considerations that need to be made when analysing the effects of legislation on vulnerable individuals. The key content of the manual will be pilot tested on a piece of legislation in Finland and training will be provided on its use. The content of the manual is foreseen to be transferable to other legal contexts than Finland.
