Description
Fundamental Rights Agency Legal Experts (FRALEX) was a group of senior legal experts in each EU country, commissioned by the EU Fundamental Rights Agency (FRA). The main task of FRALEX was to deliver various thematic studies, flash reports and quarterly bulletins with respect to specific fundamental rights issues in each EU country concerned. These studies and reports were used by the FRA as a basis for comparative analysis of the EU Member States and for EU policy developments and legislation. In July 2011, FRALEX was replaced by FRANET, a multidisciplinary research network for fundamental rights issues.
