Biography
I am a doctoral researcher in Art History. I research in my thesis the sculptor Johannes Takanens (1849-1885) art and career from nationalistic point of view, regarding the influences of Royal Academy of Art in Copenhagen and the city or Rome. My methodological-theoretical apparatus includes sculpture analysis with help of Panofsky´s iconology, theories about center-perifery, canon formation and cosmopolitanism.
