Personal profile

Biography

I am a Doctoral Researcher in the Study of Religion and a member of the Meaningful Margins consortium. My research examines how individuals navigate rupture — trauma, illness, and existential crisis — through engagements with both institutional Christianity and alternative healing practices. I develop the concept of ontological agility to describe how individuals move between different epistemologies and worlds in their search for healing. My broader work contributes to medical anthropology, the anthropology of Christianity, and ontology.
