Organisation profile

The InFLAMES Flagship (Innovation Ecosystem based on the Immune System) is a joint initiative of University of Turku and Åbo Akademi University and part of the Academy of Finland's Flagship Programme. The goal of the Flagship is to integrate immunological and immunology-related research activities to develop and exploit new diagnostic and therapeutic tools for personalised medicine. InFLAMES is closely connected to the Solutions for Health strategic research profile within Åbo Akademi University.
