Upon the completion of the course, the students will be able to:- Understand main legal concepts relating to special protection in international law
- Understand and critically asses the role of international law as contributing to both inclusion and exclusion of various groups from special protection
- Understand and critically asses the processes of construction and management of vulnerability in international law
- Understand the possibilities, within the law, to adders and challenge various forms of discrimination, essentialisation and othering
