My research is about how organizing takes place through constantly on-going and messy processes. In particular I take an interest in how change (in organizations, in management, in work) happens through co-production of technology/materiality and organizing/the social and I often use practice theory, STS and sociomateriality in my analyses. I have performed empirical work in various empirical contexts, eg cities and waste-management, projects and temporary organization, and digitalization-automation, with different forms of qualitative methods.

I have good experience of applying for research funding, leading research projects and programs, and I disseminate research results both by publishing in scientific journals/books, and by blogging and lecturing in various contexts outside of the Academic community.
